Private Meditation Sessions with Julie
Whether you are interested in learning meditation or deepening your practice, or maybe you want to release anxiety and increase calm, or perhaps you are healing emotionally or physically and you want some beautiful, guided, curated meditations in a peaceful and private space. Whatever the reason, I have created these 30-minute meditation deep-dive sessions specifically for you!
Come to my comfortable meditation healing room in Woodland Hills or I will meet you online where you can be cozy in your favorite space. Before each session, we will set a clear intention for the meditation and I will design a meditation personally for you. During our 30 minutes together I will guide you through this meditation and leave you with some rituals and "tools" for continuing the purpose of the session.
